This Venue Operator Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Floor LinQ platform by venue owners, operators, and authorized staff (“Venue,” “you,” or “your”).
This Agreement is entered into between the Venue and Floor LinQ (“Floor LinQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Floor LinQ platform for venue operations, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Floor LinQ Terms of Service.
Floor LinQ provides a real-time venue management platform designed to support club operations by connecting guests, entertainers, DJs, staff, and venue administrators through an integrated digital system.
The Platform may include features such as:
• Live entertainer rosters
• Stage rotation management
• VIP room coordination
• Digital tipping
• Messaging tools
• Operational dashboards for DJs and staff
• Venue configuration settings
Floor LinQ provides the Platform as a software service and does not operate or manage venues.
The Venue is responsible for all operations within its establishment, including:
• Management of entertainers and staff
• Compliance with local laws and regulations
• Enforcement of venue policies
• Conduct of guests and staff
Floor LinQ does not supervise or control venue personnel and is not responsible for operational decisions made by venue staff using the Platform.
Venue administrators may configure certain operational settings within the Platform, including but not limited to:
• Number of stages
• Stage layout
• VIP room names and quantity
• Digital tipping percentages
• Venue geofence boundaries
The Venue is responsible for ensuring that configuration settings are accurate and appropriate for the venue's operations.
Venue operators may grant Platform access to authorized staff members such as DJs, managers, and waitstaff.
The Venue is responsible for:
• Controlling staff access to the Platform
• Ensuring staff use the Platform appropriately
• Removing access when staff members are no longer authorized
The Platform may allow guests to send tips to entertainers through integrated payment systems.
Venue operators acknowledge that:
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers
• Venues may configure tip distribution percentages where permitted by law
• Floor LinQ does not guarantee tipping volume or revenue
Venues are responsible for ensuring tipping practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
The Platform allows guests to interact with entertainers through features such as messaging and profile viewing.
The Venue acknowledges that Floor LinQ provides these features as software tools and does not control or supervise interactions between users.
Floor LinQ uses geofencing technology to restrict certain platform features to users physically located within a participating venue.
The Venue may configure geofence settings, but Floor LinQ does not guarantee absolute location accuracy.
Floor LinQ may provide venues with operational insights and analytics related to platform usage.
Venues agree to use such data solely for legitimate operational purposes and not for unauthorized distribution or misuse.
Floor LinQ strives to maintain reliable platform performance but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Floor LinQ is not responsible for:
• Venue operations
• Staff actions
• Entertainer conduct
• Guest behavior
• Financial outcomes related to platform usage
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floor LinQ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the Venue’s use of the Platform.
Floor LinQ may suspend or terminate venue access to the Platform if:
• The Venue violates this Agreement
• The Platform is used unlawfully
• The Venue engages in conduct that may harm the Platform or other users
Floor LinQ reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Floor LinQ operates.
