By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
Floor LinQ provides a real-time venue platform designed to connect guests, entertainers, DJs, venue staff, and venue administrators inside participating venues.
The Platform enables features including but not limited to:
• Viewing live entertainer rosters
• Viewing entertainer profiles
• Digital tipping
• Messaging between users
• Staff management tools for stage rotations and VIP rooms
• Venue operational dashboards
Certain features of the Platform may only be available while users are physically present within a participating venue.
The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age required to enter the participating venue.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.
Some Platform features are restricted to users who are physically present within the geofenced boundaries of a participating venue.
Floor LinQ may use location-based technologies to determine eligibility for these features.
Users may not attempt to bypass or manipulate geolocation restrictions.
Certain features of the Platform may require users to create an account.
Users are responsible for:
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided
• All activity occurring under their account
Floor LinQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users agree not to:
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Upload or share inappropriate or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform
Floor LinQ reserves the right to remove content or restrict users who violate these rules.
The Platform allows guests and entertainers to communicate through messaging features.
Users are solely responsible for the content they send through the Platform.
Floor LinQ does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of communications between users.
FLQ TECHNOLOGIES LLC offers SMS text message notifications as part of our platform services. By opting in through our sign-up form, you agree to receive text messages from FLQ TECHNOLOGIES LLC which may include:
Message frequency: Varies based on account activity and scheduled appointments.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

FLQ TECHNOLOGIES LLC does not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

The Platform may allow users to send tips to entertainers through integrated payment systems.
Users acknowledge that:
• Tipping is voluntary
• Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers
• Platform fees or venue-defined percentages may apply
Floor LinQ is not responsible for disputes regarding tips between users and entertainers.
The Platform includes tools used by venue staff and administrators to manage entertainer rotations, stage assignments, VIP rooms, and other operational functions.
Floor LinQ provides these tools as a software service and does not assume responsibility for venue operations or management decisions made using the Platform.
All content, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, and functionality associated with the Platform are the property of Floor LinQ or its licensors.
Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform without prior written consent.
Floor LinQ strives to maintain reliable platform performance but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Platform may be modified, updated, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floor LinQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform.
This includes damages related to:
• User interactions
• Venue operations
• Payment transactions
• Platform downtime
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floor LinQ from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
Floor LinQ may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time if users violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Platform or other users.
Floor LinQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Floor LinQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
