These Entertainer Terms govern the use of the Floor LinQ platform by entertainers (“Entertainer,” “you,” or “your”).
By creating an entertainer profile or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the Floor LinQ Terms of Service.
Entertainers may create profiles that include information such as:
• Stage name
• Profile photos
• Profile descriptions
• Availability status
Entertainers are responsible for ensuring that profile content is accurate and appropriate.
Floor LinQ reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates platform policies.
Entertainers may use the Platform to:
• Appear on the live entertainer roster
• Receive tips through the platform
• Communicate with guests via messaging
• Participate in stage rotations and room assignments managed by venue staff
Venue staff may manage stage rotations and VIP room assignments using the Platform.
The Platform allows guests to send tips to entertainers.
Entertainers acknowledge that:
• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers
• Platform or venue-defined percentages may apply
• Floor LinQ does not guarantee tip amounts or earnings
Entertainers may communicate with guests through messaging features within the Platform.
Entertainers agree to:
• Maintain professional conduct
• Avoid harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Follow venue rules and policies
Floor LinQ may suspend messaging privileges if misuse occurs.
FLQ Technologies LLC may send SMS text message notifications to entertainers as part of platform operations. By registering as an entertainer on the Platform, you agree to receive text messages from FLQ Technologies LLC which may include:
Message frequency varies based on venue activity and your participation on the platform. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

FLQ Technologies LLC does not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Entertainers acknowledge that venues may control operational decisions including:
• Stage rotations
• VIP room assignments
• Floor scheduling
Floor LinQ does not intervene in venue management decisions.
Entertainers use the Platform as independent participants and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Floor LinQ.
Floor LinQ does not manage entertainer employment relationships with venues.
Entertainers agree not to:
• Misrepresent identity or profile information
• Harass guests or staff
• Use the Platform for unlawful activity
• Attempt to manipulate tipping systems
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Floor LinQ is not responsible for:
• Venue policies or decisions
• Guest behavior
• Earnings outcomes
• Disputes between entertainers and venues
Floor LinQ may suspend or terminate entertainer accounts if these Terms are violated.
Floor LinQ may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
